Leilani is a dependable young woman, due to her growing up in the center of business and power, she has learned to be responsible in everything she does. Quick on her feet and able to adapt, her skills in the job transition well to her everyday life. Once she sets her mind to something she is determined to see it through to the end, even if it ends up not going well. At times she can be abrupt finding it difficult to baby someone who is acting out or has in some way irked or wronged her. She is willful and has had no problems butting heads with competitors and even partners in business when she wants something done her way. Usually though her charismatic ways are what make people listen to her and flock to her for help. She is compassionate and always wants to help those in need, no matter how big or small. Outgoing she has no problem going to others if she wants to talk to them. Though if she is caught off guard she can be easily flustered by compliments and kind words, normally though she tends to be calm and collected. Believing that any situation can be sorted out if you take a deep breath and think through it.  HISTORY 

The Rosser family is a pretty well-known name, having created of bought off several businesses. Both her mother and father are CEO’s of the businesses their parents passed to them. So it came as no surprise to anyone that the elder Rosser daughter came to power of the families electronic interconnect systems at a young age. What did surprise most was her inherent knack for leading and making good snap decisions, as her company grew in size and promise quickly.

In school Leilani was a good student, though sometimes she would zone out on thoughts of improving her company’s charts rather than thoughts of actual school work. She was never incredibly popular as work, school, and caring for a younger sister kept her from going out with any friends. Many simply appreciated her honesty and would come to her for advice, but a majority had given up on closer relationships with her. It never really bothered her though as she preferred spending all free time working or playing with her sister.

By the time she had heard of Super High School Level’s, she had become quite famous in business circles and was planning to merge with several rivaling companies. There was even talk of her parents allowing her to take on more of the families businesses. It was at this time she had caught the attention of Hopes Peak Academy, while she was conflicted about leaving her sister her parents managed to convince her it would be good. So she moved to Japan to attend the school.

Leilani pressed her cold fingers to her temples, she really ought to listen to her music at an acceptable volume. She suspected it would be ‘morning’ soon and she had decided to skip out on sleeping. Not for usual reasons though, but for the fact she couldn’t quite wrap her head around the fact she was trapped forever in this insane school and could possibly be murdered any day. “I severely regret being talked into joining this Academy.” The worst part of this night had been the near panic over what she had left behind. Would she really never see Haukea again? What would happen to her business now that she was doomed to spend her lifetime here? Sucking in a low breath, she pulled out her e-writer and jotted down her to do list for the day as that monochrome bear began speaking on the television screen.
